Interstate I-78 New Jersey Rest Area Stops

The I-78 is an east-west route stretching from Union Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, to New York City. In New Jersey, I-78 is called the Phillipsburg–Newark Expressway and the Newark Bay–Hudson County Extension of the New Jersey Turnpike. The I-78 runs through some of the most beautiful scenery in the country. It goes through farmlands in Pennsylvania and turns into a scenic drive through forests and over hillsides in New Jersey.
